What’s your favourite type of fly fishing?

Spey on the river!

Favourite holiday destination and why?

I love the Caribbean. It is such a beautiful place! Everything is bright and colorful; also it’s hard to be in a bad mood when you’re in a tropical environment.

Favourite fishing memory?

My favorite fishing memory is the first time I caught a salmon on a fly rod! Wow, what a rush! Fishing had me hooked from that day forward.

Why do you love living where you live?

Vancouver Island is my home. I was born and raised mostly on the island. There are many places to explore, including untouched land. You can ski or snowboard in the mountains, then come back and fish in the afternoon. You get a little bit of everything on the island. Also, the people are friendly!

Favourite food?

Sushi.

Favourite movie?

Happy Gilmore.

Favourite band or music style?

Old school Rap/Hip Hop.

Must have accessory when in the wild?

LifeStraw water bottle; they are amazing. And of course, I have to bring a Hook and Vice hats!

Favourite camping food?

Hotdogs!

Where I call home?

Comox Valley, British Columbia

What’s on your bucket list?

I want to catch a steelhead in northern BC, travel across Europe, and go on a fishing road trip through BC.
